Support Coordination
Engedi Support Coordination is a vital service that assists people with disabilities to navigate the NDIS to access the best possible support and services that meet their needs. Support coordinators work with clients, their families, and carers to develop and implement individualized support plans that align with their goals and aspirations while maximizing the utilization of the available NDIS funding.
Our support coordinators identify suitable providers, coordinate services, manage budgets, and advocate on behalf of their clients to ensure they receive quality services that are flexible, culturally sensitive, and cater to their unique needs.
There are three levels of support coordination that can be included in your plan:
Support Connection – This support is to build your ability to connect with informal, community and funded supports enabling you to get the most out of your plan and pursue your goals.
Support Coordination – coordination of supports: This support will assist you to build the skills you need to understand and use your plan. A support coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.
Specialist Support Coordination – This is a higher level of support coordination. It is for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support. A specialist Support Coordinator will assist you to manage challenges in your support environment and ensuring consistent delivery of service.

Our services include budget tracking, payment processing, and ensuring that your service providers are paid on time. We're committed to providing a high level of customer service and support. We have a small but dedicated team of plan managers, so you’re not just another number to us. Our team will dedicate their expertise in plan management to you.
