Support Coordination

Engedi Support Coordination is a vital service that assists people with disabilities to navigate the NDIS to access the best possible support and services that meet their needs. Support Coordinators work with clients, their families, and carers to develop and implement individualised support plans that align with their goals and aspirations while maximizing the utilization of the available NDIS funding.

Our Support Coordinators identify suitable providers, coordinate services, manage budgets, and advocate on behalf of their clients to ensure they receive quality services that are flexible, culturally sensitive, and cater to their unique needs.

There are three levels of Support Coordination that may be included in your plan:

  • Level 1 - Support Connection – This support is to build your ability to connect with informal, community and funded supports enabling you to get the most out of your plan and pursue your goals.

  • Level 2 - Support Coordination – Coordination of supports: Support to put in place a mix of supports to increase a participant’s capacity to maintain relationships, manage tasks, live more independently and be included in their community. It builds the participant’s confidence and skills to direct their lives, not just their services. This involves working together to understand the funding, what participants expect from services, and how participants want this designed. This is the most common type of Support Coordination and what we do most at Engedi.  All members of our Support Coordination team deliver Level 2 Support Coordination services. 

  • Level 3 - Specialist Support Coordination – A higher level of support for participants whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support.  A Specialist Support Coordinator will assist participants to manage challenges in their support environment and ensure a consistent delivery of service.  Specialist Support Coordinators address complex barriers and may design a service plan for complex needs. Specialist Support Coordinators should have formal qualifications. We offer this service at Engedi and we have a qualified Specialist Support Coordinator in our team.

At Engedi Plan Management, we understand that managing your NDIS plan can be overwhelming and time-consuming. That's why we're here to help! Our team of experienced plan managers are dedicated to making sure your NDIS plan is managed efficiently and effectively.

Our services include budget tracking, payment processing, and ensuring that your service providers are paid on time. We're committed to providing a high level of customer service and support. We have a small but dedicated team of plan managers, so you’re not just another number to us. Our team will dedicate their expertise in plan management to you.
