We’re delighted to welcome Lee Sheather as our new Executive Manager.

Lee has been part of the Engedi Management Committee for the past 3 years, and now steps into this leadership role with a wealth of experience, a heart for people, and a passion for growth.With a strong background in HR Management and a deep interest in Leadership Development, Lee is ready to guide Engedi into its next chapter.

She’s not only a strategic thinker - she’s also a vibrant member of our community who enjoys running, swimming, hiking, singing, and spending quality time with her family.

A proud Mackay local for 9 years, Lee is deeply connected to our beautiful region - especially the Great Barrier Reef and Whitsundays. She’s even planning a snorkelling adventure later this month!

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mariejan Bigby, who has led Engedi with dedication and vision for the past 5 years. Her legacy of excellence and care has laid a strong foundation, and Lee is committed to continuing the incredible work she started.
